Cnau hecs DIN 934
Defnyddir cnau hecs DIN 934 yn aml gyda bolltau a sgriwiau.Mae'r canlyniadau'n dangos bod gallu hunan-gloi a gallu cloi'r cnau hecsagon bras yn waeth na gallu'r cnau hecsagon mân-dannedd, ond mae'r grym cloi yn fwy na grym y cnau hecsagon dant mân;mae gan y cnau hecsagon dannedd mân berfformiad cloi da, sy'n addas ar gyfer gwrth-dirgryniad ac yn hawdd addasu'r cliriad, ond mae'r grym cloi yn waeth na grym y cnau hecsagon bras, felly mae'n addas ar gyfer y man lle mae'r clirio neu dylid addasu torque.Yn gyffredinol, defnyddir yr edau bras os nad oes gofyniad arbennig.
Defnyddir cnau hecsagon DIN 934 yn eang, ac fe'i defnyddir yn aml gyda bolltau, stydiau a sgriwiau i gysylltu a chau.Defnyddir cnau gradd A (sy'n berthnasol i ddiamedr edau enwol D ≤ 16 mm) a gradd B (addas ar gyfer d > 16 mm) mewn peiriannau, offer, neu strwythurau â garwedd arwyneb bach a gofynion manwl uchel.Fe'i nodweddir gan rym tynhau cymharol fawr, y gellir ei osod gyda wrench symudol, wrench penagored, neu wrench sbectol, ac mae angen gofod gweithredu mwy ar bob un ohonynt.
Mae DIN 934 yn safon maint ar gyfer cnau.Dyma'r safon gyntaf yn yr Almaen.Os ydych chi am brofi a yw priodweddau mecanyddol y cnau yn gymwys, rhaid i chi ymgynghori â safon DIN 267-4.
Mae'n nodi'r dull canfod a data Canfod, yn y safon hon, mae'n cynnwys chwe lefel o 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12. Mae prawf-lwytho'r cnau yn gyson, yn y drefn honno 400MPa, 500MPa, 600MPa, 800MPa, 1000MPa, 1200MPa.

Credwn nad yw DIN 934 yn cyfateb i lefel “gwir” 8 a “ffug” lefel 8 fel y'i gelwir, ond dim ond enw gwahanol ydyw ar gyfer y safon.
Yn y safon newydd, nid yw maint yr ochr arall wedi newid ac eithrio'r newidiadau o M10, M12, M14, a M22;fodd bynnag, mae trwch y cnau wedi dod yn fwy trwchus, felly mae safon maint DIN 934, EN 20898-2 eiddo mecanyddol Mae'n anwyddonol i brofi cnau yn ôl y safon, ac efallai na fydd ei angen bob amser.I grynhoi, dim ond i DIN 267-4 y gall DIN 934 gyfateb;Dim ond i EN 20898-2 y gall DIN EN ISO 4032 gyfateb.
